Choosing an Amazon review-request automation tool for India
If you sell on Amazon.in, first check that a tool supports your marketplace and automates the official Request a Review action. Then compare its cost at your order volume, whether you need review monitoring, and how account connection works.

Three options to assess
Two options below explicitly cover India in the evidence reviewed. Reevy is included as a relevant specialist alternative, but its India-specific support needs confirmation. Prices use the provider's currency; taxes, exchange rates and higher-volume charges may affect your bill.
| Tool | Amazon India evidence | Published price | Scope and trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| FeedbackFive | India explicitly listed by the provider. | From US$34/month; scales with order volume. | Official Request a Review automation plus review/feedback monitoring and alerts. Broader than request-only automation; confirm your volume-based cost. Product · Pricing and marketplaces |
| Reevy | Claims all marketplaces; India not individually named on the homepage reviewed. Confirm Amazon.in before subscribing. | £9.99/month for one marketplace. | Provider advertises SP-API automation and unlimited requests. Seven-day trial advertised. Limits and India connection have not been tested by us. Product and pricing |
| Atlantic | Current offer is for Amazon India. | ₹999/month founding offer for the first five paying customers; account scope agreed before setup. | Official request automation and activity dashboard. Fourteen-day trial; private assisted beta. No review monitoring or request-to-review attribution. Appstore approval pending; confirm onboarding eligibility. Setup and offer |
Which type fits your workflow?
- You already pay for a seller suite: check whether your plan includes official request automation for Amazon.in. A second subscription may be unnecessary.
- Your team still sends requests manually: assess a focused automation tool. Compare eligible orders handled and operational visibility, not promised star ratings.
- You need alerts about new reviews: request automation alone is insufficient. FeedbackFive advertises monitoring; Atlantic currently does not.
- You manage several clients: confirm separate account permissions, supported stores, billing scope and cancellation arrangements. Do not assume a single-account price covers an agency.
Five questions before connecting
- Does the provider explicitly support Amazon.in and your account's onboarding route?
- Does it send Amazon's official request, or a different messaging campaign?
- What is the total monthly charge at your actual order volume, including applicable taxes?
- What account and order information does it access, retain and delete?
- Can you inspect failed or pending requests, stop automation and revoke access?
Requests sent are not reviews earned
A successful request does not establish that a customer wrote a review, or that a later review was caused by that request. Do not treat a request count as review growth or guaranteed revenue. For the distinction between Amazon's automatic emails and the separate request action, read our workflow explainer.
Estimate effort saved without inventing ROI
Measure how many requests your team actually handles manually and the time per request. For example, 1,000 manual requests at 15 seconds each represent about 4.2 hours of clicking. These are illustrative assumptions, not measured savings from Atlantic. Total order volume may exceed eligible requests, and saved time does not necessarily reduce payroll spending.
Considering Atlantic?
Atlantic is an option if you want a focused Amazon India request workflow and are comfortable with assisted beta onboarding. New founding subscriptions have a 24-month price lock while active, starting when the paid subscription begins; previously agreed commitments remain unchanged. Review the current setup and billing details and data handling information.
